Yes. The inspection costs nothing and comes with no obligation to book. We check the firebox, damper and flue inside and the cap, crown and flashing from the roof, then hand you a written estimate for anything that needs work.

The discount applies to any service you book within 72 hours of your free inspection. The written estimate lists the work, and 10% comes off the service you book in that window, whether it is a sweep, a crown repair or a new cap.

Same-day service is often available, depending on the hour, the weather and how safe the roof is to walk. For urgent trouble, such as a fallen cap or water pouring into the firebox, the 24/7 emergency line is the quickest route. Routine sweeps and repairs are booked at a time that suits you.

Repairs we finish are backed by our workmanship warranty. If a part we repaired, such as a crown, flashing or a set of mortar joints, fails because of our work, we come back and put it right. Parts made by others carry their maker's own terms.
