Who We Are
St. Augustine Chimney & Sons is a family business. The name is meant plainly: the company is owned and run by one family, and the people who quote your job are the people who answer for it afterwards.
Our office sits at 50 S Dixie Hwy in St. Augustine. From there an experienced crew handles sweeping, inspections, masonry and leak repair, caps and chase covers, liners, and gas, wood and electric fireplace work.
How We Like to Work
We start with a free inspection, because a chimney problem rarely shows its cause from the living room. A water stain can come from a cap, a crown, the flashing or the brick. We look first, then explain what we found in plain words.
The estimate is written before work is booked. If we find something new once a job is underway, we stop and ask before doing more. Finished repairs carry our workmanship warranty.
What We Will Not Do
We will not sell you a repair the chimney does not need, and we will not hide the price in the fine print. If a problem belongs to another trade, such as a roof that is failing away from the chimney, we say so and leave that decision with you.
