Inspect First, Then Save 10%
Book the work within 72 hours of your free inspection and we take 10% off that service.
Describe What You Notice
You do not need to know which part has failed. Tell us what you see or smell: water near the fireplace, a stain on the ceiling, smoke in the room, loose brick, or a gas unit that will not stay lit. That is enough for us to plan the inspection.
Helpful Details for Gas and Electric Units
If the fireplace runs on gas or electricity, the maker and model number save time. They are usually on a label near the controls or in the owner's manual. Never remove glass or covers from a unit that is hot or still connected to gas.
If Something Is Unsafe Right Now
For fire, a gas smell or a carbon monoxide alarm, get everyone out of the house and call 911 first. Call the gas utility from outside. Once everyone is safe, call our 24/7 emergency line and we will help with the next step.
